Brains, basslines, and a bit of groove magic…

Loki, also known as Groove Shaman, found their way into techno during their university days — deep in the sweat-soaked basement of The Cellar, where painted walls, heavy tunes, and dancing physics students came together in beautiful chaos. It was there they discovered a love for movement and sound, and by 2018, they were producing their own music and getting fully hooked on building synthetic grooves.

Using Ableton for both live sets and DJing, their style is playful, punchy, and never predictable. More recently, through their involvement with BodhiFi — and thanks to some solid mentoring (and gear access) from Solatek — they’ve jumped into vinyl culture with both feet.

Their record bag is wild and wide: from deep house and dubstep to jungle, tekno, goa trance, hardstyle, acid, and beyond. Every set is a fresh combination — part dancefloor science, part spiritual chaos.
